Browser delete for Firefox

  1. Choose Options... from the Tools menu. (On Macintosh, select Preferences... from the Firefox menu.)

  2. In the Options window, click the Privacy lock icon on the left side.
    Click on the Privacy icon
  3. Next to the word History, click on the Clear button.
    Click the Clear buttons next to the word History
  4. Next to the word Cache, click on the Clear button.
    Click the Clear button next to the word Cache
  5. Next to the word Cookies, click on the Clear button.
    Click the Clear button next to the word Cookies
  6. Next to the words Saved Form Information, click on the Clear button.
    Click the Clear button next to the words Saved Form Information
  7. Next to the words Download Manager History, click on the Clear button.
    Click the Clear button next to the words Download Manager History
  8. Click the OK button.

Please note: These are only precautionary steps that do NOT guarantee your abuser will not see what web sites you have visited or what emails you sent. The best way to prevent your abuser from seeing your internet activity is to use another computer.
